Subsidiary bank "The International Bank of Azerbaijan - Moscow" ("IBA-Moscow") - resident bank of Russian Federation with 100% of foreign capital founded in January 24, 2002. Authorized share capital of the Bank was EUR 10 million. Bank provides a diversified range of banking services to corporate and individual clients.

Subsidiary bank "The International Bank of Azerbaijan - Georgia" ("IBA-Georgia") - resident bank of Georgia with 100% of foreign capital, founded in November 16, 2006. Authorized share capital of the Bank is 12 million Georgian Lari (approximately 7 million USD). 75% of the shares belong to the International Bank of Azerbaijan. “IBA-Georgia” as a universal bank provides a diversified range of banking services to corporate and individual clients. “IBA-Georgia” is situated in 1, Leonidze street, Tbilisi, Georgian Republic.

"International Insurance Company" entirely belonging to IBA was founded in April 2002. Its authorized share capital is 8,8 million manat, or about 34% of the total capital of Azerbaijan insurance companies. It provides services on all types of insurance. IIC also renders services to other insurance companies of Azerbaijan on reinsurance, which until now was considered prerogative of the foreign reinsurance companies because of the lack of such strong insurer.

Processing company "AzeriCard" entirely belonging to IBA is certified with the international payment systems VISA International, MasterCard International and American Express and serves 26 banks in Azerbaijan and abroad. It exercises the functions of a clearing and approving centre for plastic cards.

Leasing Company "Joint Leasing" - the leading leasing company of Azerbaijan Republic, which offers advantageous form of financing available for purchasing medical and construction equipment, food industry and agricultural equipment, transport and etc. It is a great opportunity for reducing bank risks, reaching a new level of business relations with the customers, ensuring strong control over the provision of funds and effectively expanding the sphere of the Bank's influence.
